How to make the best brownies ever…
Cake Batter White Chocolate Fudge. (Thanks to www.sallysbakingaddiction.com for the great recipe) Ingredients 2 cups + 2 tbsp Betty Crocker Supermoist yellow cake mix (or any brand yellow cake mix) 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into 4 pieces 1/4 cup milk 2/3 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles Directions: Spray 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside. Mix together cake mix + powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add milk + butter (do not stir them in) and microwave for 2 minutes. Once done, immediately begin mixing everything together. The batter will be very thick. Fold in white chocolate + sprinkles. Stir gently. You do not want the sprinkles to leak their color too much! Spoon into prepared baking pan, making sure it is level and smooth at the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Materials: ~parchment paper ~pan (8 x 8 inch works well) ~pot ~wooden spoon or spatula ~stove Ingredients: ~14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk ~1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips Directions: 1. Wash hands
2. Spread parchment paper to liner the pan. 3. Melt the condensed milk and chocolate chips on the stove at medium heat until smooth. Do not heat it longer than it needs to be. 4. Pour the melted fudge in the parchment lined pan. 5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm. 6. Cut into squares. 7. Enjoy!
